today's training was kinda shiok!
too tiring till the shiokness stepped in. HAHA!
but 8 people came only!
take care for those who are sick. :)
did 8 stations of circuits. 3 sets!
rowing part was short and "SWEET".
1st set was more of satisfying.
2nd set, almost dying.
3rd set, panting like dogs. but the morale was there. FUN, totally.
it will be much more fun if everyone was with us!
ohhh, and my butt's abrasion is killing me!
shouldnt have laughed at savie that day! hmph.
couldnt bathe properly.
couldnt sit properly.
how i wish i can dont wear any underwear while rowing. HAHA! *oops*

then jer eve and me went airport, met fer and acc eve to study.
