TUESDAY
went back SR to get speakers from cindy and regina!
ohh, the familiar faces.
went for training!
but we talked while waiting for adrian.
HAHA! love it when we sit around and chat!
did 20 burpees and 1 round track, for 6 sets!
legs totally turned jelly.
did 4 sets of fartleks and 4 rounds of track.
got butt cramp during ! totally crazy.
but i remember we did 10 sets of fartleks in SR BBALL!
hardworking than the school trackers. HAHA!
went home to get my "bai long" with jer.
but she ended up bringing out her carrot cake instead of her jersey. -__-"'
went bel's house to stay over!
watched FINAL DESTINATION 4!
