alright. just came back from training.
and my limbs are wobbly.
biceps and calf muscles NUA!
today we did "xiaopei". HAHA!
5 pullups (supported), 10 pushups and 15 thrusters.
and we have to do as many sets as possible within 20mins.
seniors started off. and i totally got turned off.
like i can feel hows the sets are and how tiring they were.
then like out of nowhere, i sudenly feel like crying. HAHA!
but luckily i did not.
anyway, i was feeling dam weak after the first few sets.
like i could just fall any moment.
my pull-ups were like s-h-i-t.
couldnt really control my movement.
though i know i would hurt my shoulders. arrgh.
shouldnt went for gym yesterday! HAHA!
now, my biceps and both thigh and calf muscles are hurting.
i could just nua on my sofa, and dont move till the next morning.
tml swimming with eve, jer, manda and sihui! HAHA!
hope i wouldnt have to use float by tml. :D
no energy to study.
shall go sleep and wake up for my morning lecture tml!
