bread's dam soggy today.

temperature's been above 38.

went to see doctor today,

and he gave me another 3DAYS OF MC!

banned me from exercising,

asked me to wear masks when i go out.

worst thing, he gave me lots of pills!

later having INT presentation.

hope everything goes well and smooth.

struggling to consider going for DB training.

provided if my parents dont come check on me,

and if im feeling better.

i cough till there's blood in my phlegm. its DISGUSTING!

today i almost quarrelled with the doctor. HAHA!

he's asking me for how long my cough and flu had prolonged.

then i was explaining to him what my illnesses are.

today's appetite was ONE KIND of small.

for the whole day,

half bowl of porridge and 1/4 bowl of rice.

4.30am, i have to wake up and eat medicine again. :(

please BREAD, get well soon.

that WEAK feeling, it suck big time.
