went for dragonboat training on sat.
did circuit trainings and rowing.
circuit training was such a killer.
so amazing that i actually survived.
lifting of 10kg weights within 45 secs.
lifting of 20KG weight while doing squats.
pumpings, dips, 400m sprint and v-situps.
GREAT.
as for rowing part, i dont feel good,
when i was rowing in seniors' boat.
somehow i felt as though im a deadweight.
theres some moments when i felt myself being pulled forward,
instead me, pushing the boat forward.
i dint really put in all my effort after we got passed the 750m mark.
and i actually gave up another chance of getting into the main team.
wasted! arrgh! im hating it! :((
another problem cropped up.
i got selected for SERVICE AMBASSADORS!
i seriously hope that it wont clashed with dragonboat!
ARRGH!
i dont wanna end up being a deadweight.
