im suffering from both muscle aches and sunburnt.
tues-dragonboat training.
ohmyball. i almost died. ALMOST.
weight-liftings and pull ups.
lifting of the 4.5kg ball was dam jialat.
thats why im suffering from muscleaches now.
but i just couldnt manage to lift up heavier weights. arrgh.
all and all, was FUN again!

my back got sunburnt! kind of. HAHA!
we stayed in the scorching sun for 3-4hrs.
i turned black instead of brown.

they keep saying about my "blackskin!"

super nice! especially when you're under the sun. ohmytian.
went vivo's kopithiam to eat.
we sat there for like 2 hrs plus!?
they were talking about ghostly stuff.
i listen for a short while and plugged in my ipod.
KAO! scary luh! and they left me alone listening to music. -_-"'
