past few days having dragonboat trainings. totally shagged. keep doing weightliftings, sprintings, and race sets. my mind's getting over-stressed up over DB. arrgh. i seriously dont feel it anymore. shant elaborate much. it wont help anyway.
alright, i need time to rest. children camp starting on tuesday till friday. and i still needa go for DB trainings. i seriously hope i wont faint.
