just came back from DB training.
ohmytian. FITNESS TEST!
1st station is to lift weights.
my whole arms became wobbly after i lift man.
2nd station was situps and dips.
situps were killer!
i have to admit that i cant do situps man!
i wanted to reach 30 in 1 min.
when i do until 29, i just cant get myself up.
i really CANT! and i end up saying nonsense. HAHA!
and i ended up doing 29 in 1min instead. -_-"'
dips were okay.
3rd station was the sprinting.
sprint 400m hor! WTH! 400m=1 set.
we have to do 3 sets! ohmytian!
and i decided to sprint using fartlegs. it miracle-ly work.
but after my 1st set, my whole leg cramp till quite jialat.
almost wanna give up running the next 2 sets.
but SR taught me well man! cheers to SR! :D
i wouldnt have improve on my stamina if not for SR!
im still confused whether i should commit myself for june race anot!
HOW?! WTH!
i really want to join badly, but im afraid that it will affect my studies!
anyway, if my DB friends happen to read my blog,
" putting a step in front of another, will get you nearer to the end point"
thats what SR taught me man. always tell yourself this! :D
needa study my IntHT test for tml! HOHO! :D
