alright, i just found out that theres one word in the dictionary, which meaning was wrong!
the word is ," TEAM".
dictionary meaning:
-"A number of persons associated together in any work;
-a number of persons selected to contend on one side in a match."
entirely wrong.
WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!
the dictionary dont really experience or been through it,
thats why it cant accurately defined what a TEAM is, but i can.
to me, the true meaning of a "TEAM " means "TOGETHER."
-to care and help each other.
-working together to overcome difficulties.
-individual expression but with adherence to core values.
-working and improving on each weaknesses.
-communicating and understanding
-sharing a common vision.
To become a part of a TEAM is a privilege.
Few people ever get the wonderful opportunity
to experience the support of teammates
in the crucible of the competitive arena,
but i had.
A TEAM lifts and elevates the performance of an individual to heights never before achieved.
Give Back. If you want to be cheered for, cheer for your teammates.
The individuals put special effort into assisting each to maximize their potential.
TEAM double the pleasure and half the pain.
but for you guys out there, what does a TEAM really means to you?
